Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BookShelf Depot. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Digital Products: Due to the nature of our products (eBooks and digital downloads), we do not offer returns or exchanges for purchases made on our website, bookshelfdepot.com. All sales are final.

Physical Products: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Digital Products: We may offer refunds in certain circumstances, such as:

  1. Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same eBook or digital product more than once, please contact us at admin@bookshelfdepot.com within 24 hours of your purchase for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
  2. Defective or Incomplete Product: If you encounter technical issues or receive a defective or incomplete eBook or digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem or provide a refund if necessary.

Physical Products: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
